Sorry its been so long! The Bell's Palsy barely affected my life anymore so I never posted about it. Today is day 113 and I noticed my smile is pretty even, if not totally healed! However, the paralyzed side feels tighter than the unaffected side. But, its nothing crazy; just an observation. If I were to give any advice for dealing with Bell's Palsy it would be the following:
1) Get a CranioSacral massage ASAP. Google search for a therapist in your area.
2) Get your blood tested for Lyme's Disease so you can take anti-biotics immediately.
2a) If you're positive for Lyme's, change your life to being gluten-free.
3) Consume a bunch of vitamin B-12 daily.
4) Find other people to talk to and to give you support.
5) Keep track of your progress with pictures and journals.
6) Get medical tape and an eye-patch for your eye as well as straws to drink from.
I think that's it! God's speed with your recovery!!!! BE PATIENT AND POSITIVE.
